FURNITURE IDEAS specialise to import high quality products. We are trying to keep cost as low as possible, so we negotiate and work directly with the manufacturers.
We don`t have a fancy retail store in shopping centre, just a warehouse with a small showroom to display our furniture. We believe that the quality of our products and our service speaks for itself.
Smaller items are sent via courier and larges items are sent via freight forwarder. Standard delivery takes around 3-5 working days but sometimes delays might happen. For rural and outer island deliveries take around 5-7 working days.
We keep our most popular products in stock so they can be shipped to you as soon as possible. Other products tailored to the customer’s desire have varying delivery times.
Warranty And Returns
Warranty: All items carry a 12-month warranty.
Return: The product can be returned if there are faulty or damaged. We will make sure that products are inspected before leaving our warehouse. The product must be in original condition and packaging, and returned with a proof of purchase within 5 days, otherwise refund can not be processed.
